Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging
Free from damage caused after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Email team@swiftfind.madethis.app with your order number and the reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Ship the item back following the provided instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. There is no restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items
