By accessing or using the SwiftFind store at swiftfind.madethis.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Products & Pricing
We reserve the right to modify product listings, descriptions, and prices at any time without notice. All prices are listed in USD. Product images are representative; minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to photography or display differences.
3. Order Placement & Confirmation
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, in which case you will receive a full refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
SwiftFind fulfills orders via AliExpress dropshipping suppliers. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the supplier. International origin may result in customs processing delays that are outside our control. 5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact team@swiftfind.madethis.app with your order number. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftFind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
