How We Ship
SwiftFind operates as a dropship store. All orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted AliExpress suppliers and shipped from international warehouses to your door. We do not maintain our own inventory or warehouse.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been submitted to our supplier.
Estimated Delivery
Due to international fulfillment, estimated delivery times are 7–20 business days from dispatch. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, local postal service performance, and any customs processing.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available from our supplier. Not all orders include real-time tracking — some suppliers provide tracking numbers only after the parcel has cleared international dispatch. We will forward any tracking details to your order email.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and local import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. SwiftFind is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or additional charges imposed by your country’s customs authority.
